Experience: Ken became President of ERC in 2010. In just five years, he grew the company of 25 employees and $8 million in revenue to 125 employees with 3 locations and $30 million in revenue in just five years. He is also the prior owner of J Thomas Ltd. machine and fabrication shop in Lancaster, PA. Ken previously worked at Wilton Armetale in Mount Joy for 11 years as CEO/President/CFO.

Behind the Scenes: Ken serves on the MANTEC board of directors, promoting and encouraging the prosperous development of PA manufacturing businesses in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. Ken is a former board member of the Non-Ferrous Founders Society. He was a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of York, PA. Ken is an active member of the local Knights of Columbus and has been coaching youth sports since graduating from college.
