Prior to ERC, Hannah worked in both the private and public sectors using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She is the secretary and a board member of the Lancaster County Industrial Safety Council as well as a member of NORA – An Association of Responsible Recyclers. Hannah also belongs to the Order of the Sword & Shield National Honor Society.

What makes ERC unique? “ERC focuses on their people. They recognize the individual as a person first, and an employee second. That mentality allows true growth both personally and professionally when a person feels valued, cared for, and important – and ultimately, giving that feeling back to our customers.”
What’s the best part about working at ERC? “The people! We are one giant family. It doesn’t matter what your title is, we all work together for a greater purpose and make each other laugh every single day.”
