Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Environmental Recovery Corporation (ERC) is a family-owned business and for over 28 years, has been making a difference in the environmental impact of industries along the Mid-Atlantic Region.  ERC is the largest residual waste processing facility for the Region, processing millions of gallons of non-hazardous residual waste every year.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. Successful candidates are energetic self-starters; have experience working in customer service and sales with existing and new customers; demonstrate exceptional customer service, communications, negotiations, creative decisions and organizational skills; display attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and effectively build positive internal and external relationships.

Consideration will be given to applicants with a college education and experience (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED and 2+ years’ experience working in customer service and sales. Experience in environmental services, transportation or logistics industries preferred. Candidates must be proficient working with MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel, and pass pre-employment criteria. This position has the potential for growth.
